Intuitive Wellness Coaching
Intuitive Wellness Coaching is a holistic, forward-focused space for Black Queer folks who want more clarity, balance, and alignment in their lives. Unlike therapy, which centers healing and clinical care, coaching focuses on everyday wellbeing, intuitive decision-making, and the tools that help you thrive now.

Clinical Therapy

Clinical Therapy provides a safe, supportive, and confidential space to process emotions, heal from past experiences, and strengthen mental health. Unlike coaching, therapy focuses on understanding patterns, addressing challenges, and building coping skills for long-term wellbeing.

Evidence-based support for anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns
Personalized strategies to manage stress, emotional regulation, and life transitions
Insurance eligibility: BCBS coverage accepted with a valid diagnosis (not in-network with other insurers)

Collective Labs for connection and community.
Collective Labs are group experiences for Black and Queer individuals seeking connection, growth, and reflection. These sessions combine guided exercises, discussion, and community support to help you explore wellbeing, embodiment, and personal development.
