Brianna's Yoga Love Story
I've had an on and again, off again love affair with yoga since I was a kid. I found that the opportunity to get into my body allowed me to slow my mind in ways that I didn’t understand at a young age.
Always nerding out about the brain and body connection, I decided to follow my intuition and become a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). Under the teachings of Keisha Battles and Candace Jennings of I Am Yoga in Charlotte, NC in 2021, I began the life long study of historic yogic texts and learned more about the art of the practice versus the focusing on the fitness of it.
